Our Restaurant & Bar
Our restaurant prepares Chinese and Western food, or a combination of both. We use many kinds of fresh vegetables grown in the local villages and poultry and pork raised organically. Diners will be impressed by the delicious food full of local countryside charms.
- Breakfast is western style, including bread, toast, jam, butter, eggs (scramble or boiled), coffee, milk, juice, etc.
- Lunch is usually Chinese food and dinner usually Western food, comprised of many fresh ingredients from the farmers in the local villages.
- Freshly brewed coffee and Chinese tea are served at every meal.A glass of wine (red or white) is served at lunch and dinner.
Evening slide shows in the bar can be arranged which feature Keren Su's photograph, an excellent introduction to the region and to Chinese culture.
